Fugro, one of the world’s leading private sector off-shore survey companies, teams up with the Seabed 2030 Project to help map the entire ocean floor by 2030.
New appointment to the GEBCO Guiding Committee
The GEBCO community is pleased to welcome Mr David Millar, Fugro's Government Accounts Director, Americas, to the IHO-IOC GEBCO Guiding Committee.
David has more than 30 years of experience in hydrographic survey and ocean mapping. He has led Fugro’s involvement in the Nippon Foundation-GEBCO Seabed 2030 Project, for example, through its contribution of high-resolution crowd sourced bathymetry datasets collected while its survey vessels transit between projects. He has also served as a member of Seabed 2030's Establishment Team.
