GEBCO maintains and makes available a digital gazetteer of the names of features on the ocean floor. The GEBCO Sub-Committee on Undersea Feature Names (SCUFN) is responsible for the maintenance and update of the gazetteer data set.
The latest version of the gazetteer, from October 2012, is now available to download in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and Adobe PDF form.
The gazetteer currently has over 3,600 entries and includes information on the name, generic feature type and geographic location of features on the ocean floor.
